Symphony Teleca China is the APAC outsourcing centre of Symphony Teleca Corporation, offshore software services from Beijing and Chengdu are offered to customers based in China along with global customers based in North America, Europe and Asia. Typically, offshore services will be combined with local services offered by Teleca offices close to the customer.
